This is a classic dim sum dish. Dim sum is a Cantonese style lunch feature many small plates of different things that
patrons select from push carts in the restaurant. While this may seem exotic to Westerners, the flavors are mild and
easily enjoyable. The seaweed is sweet and crunchy.

This is why you must always carry a pocket camera to lunch. You should be prepared if something interesting appears.
