Backeting Setup on the Nikon D80 |

Talking the D80 into bracketing is not easy. First, let's identify the controls. The MENU button is clearly marked on the back of the camera to the left of the LCD display used for menus and pictures. The bracket button (BKT), command dial, and subcommand dial are shown below,
1. With the camera on, get into menu mode by pushing the menu button, then select SETUP MENU, then
CSM/Setup menu, then Full. Because bracketing is disabled in AUTO mode, one way to turn the feature on and off is to switch between AUTO and P. If you make a point of returning the camera to AUTO mode whenever you stop using it for HRDI, then you won't accidentally take underexposed and overexposed pictures at some later time, thinking the camera is working like a normal camera.
